  • What are your store hours?
    Monday: Closed Tuesday – Saturday: 1 PM – 9 PM Sunday: 1 PM – 8 PM On Fridays and Saturdays, we often stay open later if players are still gaming — sometimes until midnight or beyond!
  • Where is Collectors Hub located?
    You’ll find us at 312 W. 17th St in downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming. We’re your local destination for comics, games, TCG cards, and collectibles!
  • What type of store is Collectors Hub?
    Collectors Hub is a comic book store, card shop, and game store all rolled into one. We carry comics, trading cards, board games, Warhammer miniatures, Citadel Paints, Army Painter, vintage toys (Marvel Legends, Star Wars, etc), and collectibles like Funko Pops, Super7, Bandai, Mezco, Kotobukiya, NECA, McFarlane Toys, Weta Workshop, Quantum Mechanix (QMx), and much more!
  • Is there parking available?
    Yes! We have free parking right in front of the store, and the Jack R. Spiker Parking Facility is directly across the street for easy downtown access.
  • Is Collectors Hub wheelchair accessible?
    Our main retail space and game area are mostly accessible. However, due to the age of the building, our restrooms are not currently ADA-compliant. If you have specific needs, please contact us — we’re happy to help however we can!
  • Will you hold items for me?
    Yes — we’re happy to hold items for a short time, typically up to 24 hours. Just call or message us to arrange a hold. Longer holds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed, especially during new releases or periods of high demand. Note: Items will not be held without confirmation from staff, and we reserve the right to release held items if we don’t hear back from you within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Can I mail items to Collectors Hub for appraisal or sale?
    If you’re looking to sell comics, cards, or collectibles, you must contact us first for approval and to make arrangements. We do not accept unsolicited items by mail!!! Unapproved shipments may be: Refused upon delivery, or Returned to sender at their expense.
  • Is Collectors Hub a comic book shop?
    Yes! We’re a full-service comic book store with new releases every Wednesday, plus back issues, trade books, graphic novels, and manga. Whether you’re a casual reader or a serious collector, we’re here to help you find your next read!
  • Do you buy comic books from customers?
    Yes, but by appointment only on Sundays between 2pm and 5pm. Appointments must be scheduled in advance! Contact us ahead of time to arrange a time for us to look at your collection. We do NOT accept unscheduled or walk-in comic collection drop-offs. We evaluate comics based on condition, completeness, edition, and market relevance. Modern key issues, Bronze/Silver/Golden Age comics, and certain indie publishers are always considered - but not all comics carry resale value, especially incomplete runs or heavily worn issues. If you're looking to sell us a collection: - Contact us first by phone or email to schedule an appointment - Be prepared to give us a general idea of what you have (age/era, publisher, number of comics/boxes, condition) - We will assess and will potentially make an offer based on current market value and condition Note: You’ll almost always make more by selling directly to other collectors. As a retailer, we buy at a percentage of a collection’s potential resale value, which is determined by condition.
  • Do you offer comic book subscriptions or pull lists?
    Definitely! We manage subscriptions and pulls through League of Comic Geeks for our local customers. If you're not local to us, please email or call us and we can help you get started with a subscription setup.
  • Can I special-order comics or graphic novels?
    Of course! Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to get it for you.
  • Do you offer appraisals on comics?
    Yes - by appointment only. Appraisals are done at a rate of $25 per hour. A single short box can take up to two hours for us to completely appraise depending on volume and condition. Please note, this is a non-purchasing appraisal service, meaning no offer to buy is implied or guaranteed! We do NOT offer official grading or appraisal documentation for insurance or third-party sale purposes. If you're interested in setting up an appraisal appointment: - Contact us by phone or email to schedule a date and time - Be prepared to give us a general idea of the number of comics/boxes you would be bringing in Note: You’ll almost always make more by selling directly to other collectors. As a retailer, we buy at a percentage of a collection’s potential resale value, which is determined by condition.
  • What condition are your New Release comics in?
    All of our new release comic books are brand new and in "Near Mint" condition. NEAR MINT: Not quite hot off the press, but leaning that way Covers as pristine as possible, with allowances for paper stock, printing errors, binding, and the handling process. Subtle dings ’n’ dents, including some spine stress, are possible, but kept to a realistic minimum.
  • Are all your books first printing?
    Yes, all comic books are first printing unless otherwise noted.
  • What condition are your Back Issue comics in?
    All of our back issue comic books are in Near Mint to Very Fine condition, unless otherwise stated in the description.
  • Do all your comics come with a bag & board?
    Yes, all our comics ship bagged and boarded, excluding grab bags.
