RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Collectors Hub accepts in-store returns for store credit only. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in sellable condition

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase

  • A valid receipt is required

Books are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.
TCG singles, clearance items, and special orders are final sale.

Because many of our products are collectible, we do not accept returns on opened items — even if gently used. This includes graphic novels with minor shelf wear, which is not considered a defect.

Our online return policy follows the same guidelines:

  • We do not accept returns on opened items, back issues, or used collectibles.

  • Minor cosmetic wear (especially on books/graphic novels) is not considered a returnable issue.

  • If you receive the wrong item or one that’s damaged in shipping, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review and assist.

Please note that we pack every order with collector-level care, using protective materials to help your items arrive safely — because we treat your order like it’s part of our own collection!

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards, both those purchased physically in-store and online as eGift Cards are non-refundable final-sale items!

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All clearance items, both those purchased in-store and online, are sold as-is and are final-sale non-refundable items!
